Flag Football

A co-ed program running two sessions, Spring and Fall, backed by the NFL FLAG initiative. Our program provides youths ages 5–14 a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in continuous non-contact action while developing the fundamentals of football and lessons in teamwork. All interested players are welcome regardless of skill or experience. Registration fee includes team jersey.

Assessment combine – Fall season only

All athletes should participate in our Assessment Combine so they can be placed on teams to create fair competition. Fall teams are assigned via a pre-season draft.

Practice schedule

Fall: practice one night a week between 5pm–8pm. Spring: practice only 1 hour prior to game start.

Game schedule

All game times are released prior to season start. Spring Flag is a Sundays-only commitment (practice + game). Fall season: Saturday games, practices during the week.
