General league policies

1. 01No child shall participate in League play without a current-year medical release form, birth certificate, and a YEAR END report card on file with the League.
2. 02ONLY the League will determine placement of a child on a team.
3. 03The decision of a medical professional on whether a child should continue to participate is FINAL. No parent, coach or player shall overrule the medical professional.
4. 04No refunds will be given after July 1st; some consideration will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. 05Each family will volunteer 1 shift, per child, during home games (concessions, gate admission, 50/50 raffle, clothing sales, setup/clean up, chain gang, announcers, scoreboard, etc.), coordinated by team parents and the snack stand coordinator.
6. 06Any parent volunteering in direct contact with children must be able to pass a Background Check.
7. 07All paperwork and required payments must be made by required deadlines or players will be removed from participation.
8. 08No parents are allowed on the practice or game field at any time. Only MEYFC certified Coaches and EBoard members are allowed on fields.
9. 09There is absolutely NO SMOKING at or near the practice space or game fields.
10. 10All Players/Cheerleaders and Parents will abide by the Code of Conduct.
